"Friend Raisers"

We know how it is… everyone in town has fundraisers galore, and they're all great causes. While our Gator Club® also has a need to raise money for our scholarship program and other things, we also want to raise "friends." We want our Gator Club® to be an organization where fellow Gators can get to know each other, network, make new friends, find old friends... where everyone can create memorable times together!

Edison Festival of Lights Parade

We are planning to have a Southwest Florida Gator Club® float in the Edison Festival of Light Parade in February 2009! If you are interested in helping with this event, or you or your child would like to ride on the float, please email swflgatorclub@gmail.com.

2008-2009 Season Kick-Off Party

On Friday, August 22, 2008 at The Edison, Southwest Florida Gator Club® hosted the season Kick-Off party. Over 150 Gators attended to enjoy the hotdog and hamburger buffet hosted by the Club.

Gator Club® President, Bill Turner, awarded Stephanie Webb, the Club's former Scholarship VP, a beautiful Gator clock/plaque to thank her for her many years of service and dedication to our Gator Club® and The Gator Nation. She has made our Scholarship Program the success it is today. For this, we owe her our gratitude, and we've aptly named our awards to students The Stephanie Webb Honorary Scholarship.
